Located in the historic Wilanów district of Warsaw, Wilanów One will combine the pastoral with the modern in a new residential project. Approximately 2,000 apartments will be built, alongside a commercial center, kindergartens, restaurants, cafes, a fitness club and a spa.
All of the apartments will have access to the most up-to-date facilities, including air conditioning, and water taken from natural underground springs. Inhabitants will also have the ability to participate in designing the final layout of their apartments.
