Opher Linchevski
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Linchevski joined AFI Europe in 2007, bringing his extensive business and management experience gained through years of service in senior executive positions. He was previously the CEO of Israel Railways, Director of the Transportation division at the Ministry of Finance, CEO of Egged Holdings, and VP Finance and Business Development at Egged Transportation. He holds an MBA and BA in Economics, as well as an LLB, all from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
 
Ariel Goldstein
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Goldstein joined AFI Group in 2004, contributing his substantial knowledge of the financial issues related to international real estate development, obtained during his previous practice as CPA at Deloitte. Mr. Goldstein holds a BA cum laude in Economics and Accounting from Bar Ilan University, and an MBA specializing in Business Management.
 
 
Nir Geva
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
As a corporate lawyer at a leading Tel Aviv law firm, Mr. Geva served as outside legal counsel to AFI Europe since 2005, and joined the company in 2007. He has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex cross-border transactions, including international joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Geva holds an LLB from the law faculty at the University of Haifa
 

David Hay
Vice President & CEO OF AFI Europe Czech Republic, Germany, Poland and Latvia.
Mr. Hay joined AFI Europe in early 2006 bringing with him 20 years of comprehensive experience in international real estate development and marketing, having previously served as Vice President of Hail Holdings. Mr. Hay graduated from Buckingham University with an LLM.

Shimon Ben Hamo
CEO of AFI Europe Bulgaria & Managing Director of AFI Europe Romania  
Mr. Ben Hamo joined AFI Europe in 2008. He was previously head of the Structural Changes Division of the Israeli Government Companies Authority (GCA), and has been a major contributor to reforms in the port, roads, electricity, water, and railway sectors. Mr. Ben Hamo holds a BA and MA in Economics, and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Adir El AL
CEO of Airport City Belgrade, Serbia
Mr. El Al is the C.E.O. of Airport City Belgrade (ACB), having a main part of the team that established the company’s activities in Serbia. Graduate from the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology, as B.S.C. civil Engineer, Mr. El Al has gathered an international experience in real estate development, construction and project management through his career.
