Izzy Cohen, Chairman of the Board of Directors
Izzy Cohen is the Chairman of the board of directors, and he also serves as the CEO of Africa Israel Investments. Prior to his appointment at Africa Israel Investments, Izzy served as the CEO of Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings Ltd. Mr. Cohen graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a BA in statistics and computer sciences. .

Avi Barzilay, CEO
Avraham (Avi) Barzilay is the Company’s CEO and he also serves as an executive director on the board. Avi has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, including as CFO of Red Sea Construction Ltd. Avi studied economics and accounting at the Bar-llan University, Israel, qualifying as a CPA.

Ariel Goldstein, VP Finance & CFO
Ariel is an executive director of the company as well as its VP Finance and CFO. Ariel joined the company in 2004, after having gained significant experience as a Certified Accountant at Deloitte. Ariel has a BA in economics and accounting and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University

Nir Geva, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
As a corporate lawyer at Weksler-Bregman & Co., a leading Tel Aviv law firm, Nir served since 2005 as an outside legal counsel to AFI Europe, and in 2007 he joined the company as its in-house Legal Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Nir has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex cross border transactions, including international joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. Nir holds an LLB from the law faculty at the University of Haifa.

David Hay, CEO, AFI Europe Romania
David s the Company’s Regional Director for CEE. Before David joined AFI Europe in early 2006 he served as VP of Hail Holdings. David has over 20 years of experience in international real estate development and marketing. David graduated from Buckingham University with an LLM.

Doron Klein, CEO, AFI Europe Czech Republic & Germany
Doron joined AFI Europe in 2008. Before his current position as CEO he served as AFI’s Asset and business development manager for the CEE. Doron brought with him 5 years of experience in the real estate market in the region and he holds a MBA degree from the N.Y University in Prague with specialty in Finance and Banking.

Sebastian Kiec, CEO, AFI Europe Poland
Prior to joining AFI Europe in 2005, Sebastian worked with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Coca-Cola Beverages. Sebastian has extensive experience in finance management in the international real estate sector and development of large scale residential projects. Sebastian holds a Masters degree from the Cracov University of Economics in Finance and Banking and he is a certified Accountant (ACCA).

Asher Frieder, Financial Controller
Asher is the Company's Financial controller since 2011. He Joined the company in 2010 as the assistant controller. Previously employed as a CPA at Ernst & Young Israel specializing in Hi-tech firms in Israel and abroad. Asher Graduated from Bar-Ilan University with a B.A. in Economics and Accounting.
