Tulipa Modřanská rokle is a modern residential complex located in the Modřany neighborhood of Prague 12, near-by one of the city’s natural parks. This project won the 1st prize in the competition „Fasade of the Year 2009“, which was held by one of the Czech real estate magazines.
The first phase of the project comprises three high-end residential buildings with a total of 120 apartments and 129 underground parking spaces. The project’s construction was completed in 2010.
