The portfolio consists of ca. 150,000 square meters of built-up area divided into 1000 units, including residential, retail, offices and industrial/storage properties. Twenty-four properties are located in Berlin, three in Hanover, one in Landau, and the remaining properties are situated in cities in the region of Dusseldorf.
