Classic 7 Business Park is an office complex comprising three office buildings with an aggregate GLA of 18,298 sqm. The exterior of two of the buildings, which served as an early-20th century flour mill, was preserved during the renovation process allowing the project to exhibit a mixture of modern and historical architecture. An adjacent area of 7,720 sqm is designated for the development of the next phases of this project.
Classic 7 Business Park is located in the 7th district of Prague, close to the Holešovice marina and in close proximity to the city centre. This is one of Prague’s emerging business centres. The project is easily accessible by car and public transport including tram lines and underground.
